HRdecide

Terms of use

Last updated 24 Aug 2026

1. Who we are and what this is

HRdecide ("the service") is decision-support software for employers in the United Arab Emirates. It computes indicative figures and produces records and document templates relating to employment decisions.

The service is currently offered in a testing and evaluation period. Access is provided free of charge, "as is", for evaluation purposes, and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

2. Not legal advice

The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Outputs are computed from a rule set whose values and citations are published on the Legal sources page, together with their verification status. Outputs computed from unverified rules are visibly marked.

Records and generated documents are templates and decision support. You are responsible for reviewing them — and, where appropriate, obtaining professional advice — before acting on them or issuing them to any person. Where a document is issued in English and Arabic, the Arabic text prevails in the event of inconsistency.

3. Accounts and roles

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the acts of users you invite. Role restrictions (for example, that only a counsel member may sign a memo) are part of the service and must not be circumvented.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, to infringe the rights of employees or third parties, to probe or disrupt the service, or to submit data you have no right to process.

5. Your data

You retain all rights in the data you submit. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service (hosting, processing, backups). You can export your organisation's data at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of the organisation and its data.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, and reflecting that the service is free of charge during the evaluation period, the service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to AED 1,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms during the evaluation period. Material changes will be shown in the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
