HRdecide computes indicative figures from a published rule set. It does not and cannot replace legal advice on a specific case.
Every legal parameter used in a calculation is stored as data: the value, the instrument and article it comes from, the official source page, the date it was last checked, and whether it has been verified against the official text. Every output names the exact rule-set version that produced it, and outputs that used any unverified rule are visibly marked.
Legislation and ministerial resolutions change. An automated watch re-checks the official source pages on a schedule and flags any rule whose source has changed for human review; the sources list below shows the last-checked date for each rule. This reduces, but cannot eliminate, the risk of a gap between the law and the rule set. Where a decision matters, verify against the official source linked next to each rule.
